中链甘油三酯咖啡辅助体重管理的功效证据
摘要:目的 系统评估中链甘油三酯(MCT)咖啡的减重减脂效果。方法 检索医学数据库,分析MCT咖啡核心成分的独立作用证据并进行Meta分析。结果 MCT的14项研究中,MCT治疗后体重、BMI、腰围、腰臀比和体脂显著降低,并且效果优于长链甘油三酯(LCT)。咖啡中的绿原酸和咖啡因等成分与抗肥胖有关,每日摄入含400mg咖啡因和/或510mg绿原酸的烘焙咖啡提取物(等效3-5杯浓咖啡)其体重显著减轻,且安全性良好。结论 该饮料减重潜力源于成分独立代谢及协同效应,核心成分在减重减脂方面效果明显,为辅助超重/肥胖人群体重管理提供循证支持,但其成分协同机制需进一步研究,建议使用时遵循个性化营养方案。

Abstract: Objective To systematically evaluate the weight and fat loss efiects of MCT coffe.Methods Medical databases were retrieved, andevidence for the independent effects of core components in MCT coffee was analyzed, followed by a meta-analysis.Results Among 14 studies onMCT, body weight, BMI, waist circumference, waist-hip ratio and body fat were significanly reduced afer MCT treatment, with effects superiorto LCT. Components such as chlorogenic acid and cafficine in coffee are associated with anti-obesity. Daily intake of roasted coffee extract containing400 mg caffeine andor S10 mg chlorogenic acid (equivalentto 3-5 cups of espresso) resulted in significant weight loss with good safety.Conclusion The weight loss potential of this beverage stems from the independent metabolism and synergistic effects of is components. The core componentsexert significant effects on weight and fat reduction, providing evidence-based support for weight management in overweightobese populations.However, the synergistic mechanism of its components requires furher investigation, and personalized nutrition regimens are recommended during use.
