运用循证医学对功效型产品及服务进行全方位评价的探讨
摘要:目的 依托循证医学的科学方法论，构建一套规范的评价体系，解决行业现存痛点，支撑行业规范化发展，并为AI时代权威医学文献数据库建设、合规价值传递及市场风险防控提供支撑。方法 遵循循证医学的关键核心原则，结合健康行业产品与服务特点，设计涵盖证据等级、科学效力、安全性、合规性及学术与实用价值五大维度的系统评价体系;通过图表直观呈现体系框架，并结合多品牌案例进行深度解析，验证评价体系的可行性与实用性。结果 构建科学、全面的循证评价体系，明确了各评价维度的核心指标与判定标准;通过图表清晰展示了体系结构，结合多品牌案例的解析，验证了该体系具备可查证、可发表、可参考的特性，有效对效果导向的健康相关产品及服务进行系统评价。结论本研究构建的循证评价体系，为健康相关行业提供了科学、规范的评价方式，可有效弥补行业证据体系不规范、科学性不足的短板，助力行业规范化发展;同时，该体系能够为AI时代权威医学文献数据库建设、合规性价值传递及市场风险防控提供有力支持，具有重要的学术价值与实用价值。

Abstract: Objective To establish a standardized cvaluation system based on the scientific methodology of evidence-bascd medicine, so as tosolve curent pain points in the industry and support its standardized development. Meanwhile, it aims to provide support for the construction ofauthoritative medical literature databases, the transnission of compliant values, and market risk prevention and control in the AI era. Methods Inaccordance with the core principles of evidence based medicine and combined with the characteristics of products and services in the health industy,a systematic evaluation framework was designed covering five dimensions evidence level,scientific efficacy, safety, compliance, as wellas academicand practical value. The framework was visually presented with charts and deeply analyzed wih muli brand cases to verity its feasibility andpracticability. Results A scientific and comprehensive evidence based evaluation system was constucted, with clear core indcators and Judgmencrtera for each dmension. The structure of the system was clearly displayed in charts Case analyses of muluiple brands venfied that the system isverifable, publishable and referable, enabling effective systematic evaluation of effect-oriented health-related products and services. Conclusion Theevidence -based evaluation system established in this study provides a scientific and standardized assessment approach for the health-related industryIt can effectively compensate for the shortcomings of non-standard evidence systems and insufficient scientificity, and boost the standardizeddevelopment of the industry. Meanwhile, this system can strongly support the construction of authoritative medical literature databases, thetransmission of compliant values, and market risk prevention and control in the AI era, with important academic and practical value
